Apricot
and
Almond
Tilapia
Ingredients

5-7
oz.
tilapia
fillet
-
⅓
cup
almonds
-
1
tsp
olive
oil
-
1
cup
dried
apricots
-
A
pinch
of
salt
pepper
-
A
sprinkle
of
fresh
rosemary
Directions
-
Preheat
oven
to
350°F.

Place
tilapia
on
baking
sheet.
Drizzle
olive
oil
over
tilapia.

Combine
the
rosemary,
salt,
and
pepper
in
a
small
bowl.
Rub
mixture
into
tilapia.

Spread
out
almonds
on
a
baking
sheet.
Toast
for
about
7
minutes.
Place
tilapia
in
at
the
same
time.

Take
almonds
out
to
cool.
Take
out
tilapia
after
the
full
10
minutes
is
up.
-
Take
tilapia
out
of
oven
and
serve
with
the
almonds
and
dried
apricots
on
top.
