Ingredients: 

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 2 pounds medium shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 8–10 wooden skewers
