Atlantic and Pacific Halibut taste similar as they both have a thick, meaty and firm flesh with a sweet and rich flavor. Halibut tastes great deep fried, grilled, roasted, sautéed or poached, however the firm, moist meat makes this fish suitable for all types of cooking methods, yielding dependable, high quality dishes.
