oz.
catfish
fillet
-
2
Tbsp
Cajun
seasoning
-
2
tsp
olive
oil
-
Bread
of
your
choice
-
A
pinch
of
salt
and
pepper
-
A
sprinkle
of
cilantro
-
1
1/2
Tbsp
crushed
garlic
-
2
Tbsp
mayo
-
2
drops
of
lemon
juice
-
Fresh
lettuce
Directions
-
Sprinkle
your
Cajun
seasoning
on
the
catfish,
and
rub
it
in.

Drizzle
olive
oil
in
a
pan
and
place
the
catfish
down.

Sear
each
side
for
8
minutes.

While
your
catfish
is
frying,
make
your
aioli
by
combining
the
mayo
with
the
garlic,
salt,
pepper,
cilantro,
and
lemon
juice
in
a
small
bowl.
Add
more
seasoning
as
you
see
fit.

Toast
bread
in
pan
with
oil
for
about
5
minutes
face
down.

Place
bread
on
a
plate
with
lettuce
on
top,
then
catfish,
and
top
with
the
garlic
aioli.
