Hi, it’s Terrie Young in the Euclid Fish Retail Market Kitchen. It’s the weekend, it’s date night, it’s party night, it’s Cinco de Mayo coming up, and Derby Day. I’m having a Derby party. I’m making some deviled eggs. It’s usually my mother’s thing but I’m giving it a shot. I’m serving it with this delicious king crab meat sold in the store. And then if I do have a little Cinco de Mayo party, I’m going to make some ceviche. We carry the bay scallops and it’s easy to do: just squeeze some lemon juice on it and a little cilantro. And don’t forget about our Taco Tuesday. We have tacos 2 for $4 every Tuesday. And then if I really want to make something special for just the two of us, I’m going to pull out the caviar. We sell caviar, not sure if you know that, but we do. So stop in the store and we’ll see you in the market!
