How to Make Lobster Roll | Euclid Fish Retail Market Kitchen with Terrie

Hi, it’s Terrie Young at Euclid Fish Retail Market Kitchen. It’s a great weekend. It’s Memorial Day weekend. I’m having family over again! Today I’m going to serve up some lobster rolls. You can start with it already cooked in the bag we sell in the store. You can steam some of your own lobsters. These are a four pack lobster tail from Seamazz. We also have some Langostinos. Those are those little tiny little tails. You can also get the whole cooked lobsters. I’m going to add some celery chopped up, some scallions, a little lemon juice and lemon zest in there. Just a pinch of dill. A tablespoon of mayonnaise. Mix that all up and we’re going to serve it in our toasted hoagie buns. So come on in and check out that in the store. Now we also have some great oyster selections. Clams, always a great starter meal. Throw them on the grill - they’re great. We’ll see you in the market.
