Hi, it’s Terrie Young in the Euclid Fish Retail Market Kitchen. It’s Mother’s Day Weekend. The kids are coming home, Mom’s coming over, Preena’s coming over. So happy Mother’s Day to everyone. Everyone in my family and everyone in your family. I’m going to be serving some mussels. I also want to make it an easy day for me, so I’m going to saute quick mussels and little tomato sauce. These are fresh cherry tomatoes, white wine, so easy. Two pound bags in the retail market. Goes up to ten pound bags - however many people you’re having over. Chef Matt cooked us up a beautiful piece of swordfish, on special in the store this month. So come on in and check it out. We topped it with a little bit of bruschetta that we also have. I’m going to start the day off with a little bit of salmon salad that we make here in the store. Toasted up a little bit of toast points and going to serve it as a little start as a brunch item but we’re going to eat all day. Stop in the market. Happy Mother’s Day!
