Hi, I’m not in the kitchen. I’m in the filet room, showing a beautiful mahi mahi that just came in from North Carolina. It’s a beautiful fish we’re fileting out. Our master fish cutters have cut it ready to go. We have a lot available. Come in the store or call your sales rep for that. Don't forget about the Copper River salmon, the first of the season. It’s the best the first of the season. We also have some king salmons. We sold out last night but we’ll have more tomorrow. Loch Etive trout from Scotland is a beautiful eating fish. Delicious!
